The project on “Promoting the employAbility and enTrepreneurship of Higher education graduates through innovative WAYs in the Philippines (PATHWAY)” conducted the Third Training of Trainers (ToT3) on Developing Soft Skills and Labour Market Observatories. Held on October 10-13, 2022 at the Ateneo De Manila University, the participants were from the project partner-institutions and organizations, namely: St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP), Ateneo De Manila, University (ADMU), Benguet State University (BSU), Lyceum of the Philippines – Batangas (LPU-Batangas), Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ECCP), and Suyo Mano.

The training was facilitated by the Project Managers from the University of Alicante (Spain) – Ms. Cristina Beans and Mr. Victor Climent, and the University of Montpellier (France) – Dr. Emmanuel Houze, Ms. Adeline Orssaud and Ms. Yuanfei Huang. The training program featured workshops, discussions presentations and sharing of innovative methodologies for the development of soft skills of students and the creation of employment observatories.

SPUP PATHWAY project team was represented by Dr. Jeremy Godofredo Morales (Director, Internationalization), Dr. Allan Peejay Lappay (Director, Alumni, External Relations and Advocacies), Mrs. Lilibeth Coronel (Consultant, ICT) and Ms. Joyce Arao (Technical Staff, ICT).
