PASWI NAMES CDC DIRECTOR AS OUTSTANDING SOCIAL WORKER

The Philippine Association of Social Workers, Inc (PASWI) named Mrs. Noemi Cabaddu (Director, Community Development Center) as 2022 Outstanding Social Worker of the Philippines in the field of Social Work Education and Children’s Welfare. Mrs. Cabaddu was honored for her extraordinary commitment to social work education as well as community development, children’s welfare and leadership.
Other Paulinians who were also honored were: Dir. Lucia Alan (Regional Director, Department of Social Welfare and Development) along Local Government Social Welfare and Development Administration and Mr. Bonifacio Cuarteros (Chief, Center Management Division, PSWD Cagayan) in the area of Disaster Management.
The conferment of the award was held virtually on October 18, 2022 during the conduct of PASWI National Convention.
