SPUP faculty members Mr. Edwardo Magallanes and Dr. Learni Javier presented their AI-driven research, “Edusense,” at an international conference organized by ZEP Research. The event was held on November 14–15, 2025, at the Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The study, co-authored by Dr. Glenda Caronan and Dr. Benjamin Jularbal, explores an AI-driven system designed to enhance student engagement, monitor emotional wellness, and support data-informed decision-making in schools.
“Edusense” introduces intelligent tools that help institutions effectively track emotional indicators, provide timely support, and strengthen student well-being. Their presentation showcased SPUP’s commitment to innovative, technology-based solutions that enhance the mental health and overall learning experience of students.
