In celebration of the National Arts Month, The Paulinian Student Government (PSG) spearheaded a cultural exchange team building activity with the Japanese exchange students from Tokushima University on February 22, 2026. The said activity brought together PSG officers and Japanese students through art, culture, and collaboration.
Highlighting cross-cultural learning through arts and traditional games, the Japanese students taught the art of origami, while the PSG officers introduced traditional Filipino crafts and recreation, including paper roll crafting inspired by Filipino creatures and a classic game of patintero.
More than a celebration of the National Arts Month, the said activity served as a platform for fostering cultural understanding and teamwork by providing participants with the opportunity to appreciate both the Filipino and Japanese heritage.
This endeavor reflects the continued commitment of St. Paul University Philippines, through the PSG, in promoting intercultural awareness, unity, and meaningful engagement among students—reaffirming its commitment to forming globally aware Paulinians.
