St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Lirvana Labs (Silicon Valley, San Francisco, USA) on September 2, 2025, cementing a strategic partnership aimed at advancing the University’s long-term direction and priorities. The agreement was signed by Sr. Merceditas Ang, SPC, (President, SPUP), and Ms. Christie Pang, (Cofounder and CEO of Lirvana Labs), with Dr. Bryce Fabro, (Founder of Emotional Reset Center, USA), along with University administrators, serving as witnesses. The collaboration underscores SPUP’s commitment to strengthening faculty and institutional capacity while pursuing innovative academic programs aligned with its vision-mission, core values, and sustainable development roadmap.
At the heart of the partnership is the introduction of AI-learning innovations designed to match SPUP’s strategic priorities and prepare learners with the essential skills needed for the future. By integrating artificial intelligence into teaching and learning, the University seeks to foster adaptability, critical thinking, and digital literacy among its students. These AI-driven initiatives are expected to enrich classroom instruction, improve research capabilities, and open up fresh opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration across academic programs.
Lirvana Labs will play a crucial role in facilitating pathways for SPUP’s increased visibility and credibility at the international level. With its global expertise in technology-driven education solutions, Lirvana Labs will provide platforms that enable SPUP to showcase its leadership in academic innovation and sustainability. Both institutions expressed optimism that this partnership will not only elevate the University’s global reputation but also contribute to shaping future-ready graduates who embody excellence, service, and leadership in their chosen fields.
