Dr. Rosalinda Tanguilan (Director, Knowledge, and Information Resource Network) shared SPUP libraries’ best practices and quality management services to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 2 on December 01, 2021. Dr. Tanguilan highlighted the University’s continuous and concerted efforts to deliver and provide quality library services even amidst the pandemic. She also discussed SPUP’s endeavor of shifting to library online services to cater to the needs of the learners and other stakeholders. The said undertakings are relevant to the University’s commitment to academic and research librarianship and outstanding leadership in the areas of management, education, and training.

Dr. Tanguilan served as a Resource Person during the DSWD FO2 Social Welfare and Institutional Development Section (SWIDs) and Regional Learning Resource Center (RLRC) Emerging Activities Cum Social Welfare and Development Forum through SWD and Knowledge Management.
