With a solidified and shared vision to bridge the gaps and promote a lifestyle of personal social responsibility among the youth and the community, the Benita and Catalino Yap Foundation (BCYF), St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP) and the Paulinian Volunteers for Community Development (PVCD-UNESCO) Club spearheaded the 10th Philippine CSR Youth Congress on September 21, 2021. The program was participated in by student leaders, various youth organizations, and other invited guests as it was held virtually via zoom and was live streamed in the official Facebook page of SPUP.

Aiming to instill and empower citizenship, sustainability and social responsibility, the program commenced with an opening remarks by Mrs. Noemi Cabaddu (Director, Community Development Center), followed by a welcome address from Sr. Merceditas Ang, SPC (University President, SPUP). The event was also graced by the message from Mr. Antonio Yap (Chairman, BCYF). Two of the invited speakers are finalists for CSR Youth Awards namely, Engr. Robert Basco (Action Bridges Aspirations Project 2016) and Atty. Carla Cucueco (Tulong sa Kapwa Kapatid Project 2020). Mr. Daeniel  Pagulayan (National Presenter, National Youth Conference), Ms. Divine Suyu (Finalist, Ten Outstanding Youth Volunteers of Tuguegarao City), Mr. Rufino Jacob Paguigan (Finalist, Tuguegarao City Outstanding Youth Leaders) and Mr. Yowelle Sedano (Delagate, Asia World Model United Nations) served as reactors and gave insights from the sharing of the speakers. The program concluded with a closing remarks and reading of the letter of commitment by Dr. Allan Peejay Lappay (Adviser, PVCD-UNESCO Club).

The program, celebrated in line with the International Day of Peace and 25th year anniversary of the Paulinian Volunteers for Community Development, was moderated by Ms. Mardilyn Garcia (President, PVCD-UNESCO Club).
