May 31, 2021 – Dr. Pilar Acorda (Dean, School of Arts, Sciences and Teacher Education) was one among the newly designated members of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Monitoring team by the Professional Regulation Commission (Professional Regulatory Board for Professional Teachers). Dr. Acorda took her oath on May 17, 2021, in compliance with Resolution No. 9, Series of 2021.
Dr. Marifel Grace Kummer (Dean, School of Information Technology and Engineering) and Mrs. Mary Jane Aragon (Coordinator, Artificial Intelligence and New Technologies) participated in an Executive Education Program on Digital Transformation Training for Higher Education Institutions. The course was sponsored by the Commission on Higher Education and delivered by Carnegie Mellon University Australia in partnership with Mapúa University on April 12 – 23, 2021.
