Together with St. Paul Hospital Tuguegarao (SPHT) and SPUP Alumni Association (SPUPAA), the celebration of Christmas was made meaningful as prayerful sharing and thanksgiving were endeavored for persons deprived of liberty (PDL) at the Cagayan Provincial Jail (CPJ) and Tuguegarao City District Jail (TCDJ).

SPC Sisters (from SPHT and SPUP), faculty members, staff, personnel, alumni and students brought joy to the inmates as they interacted, prayed and sang songs of praise and Christmas together. The management of both provincial and district jails expressed their gratitude to SPUP and SPHT communities for always fostering avenue to celebrate Christmas for and with the PDLs in the city.
