Sari Mulia University in Banjarmasin, Indonesia, sent 5 Nursing students together with their adviser, Mr. Muhammad Arief Wijaksano, MAN for their international immersion in SPUP.

An array of academic activities from July 28 to August 13, 2019 was prepared for the Indonesian students. The said endeavour includes service learning in partner-communities, clinical and hospital exposure and cultural activities. Moreover, they will also attend to lectures and laboratory skills on Fluid Resuscitation in Trauma patient, Triage in Emergency and Disaster Area and Nursing Documentation.

Nursing Alumni, Mr. Geevee Ventula,RN, Ms. Claire Balintad, RN and Ms. Kristin Joie Castillo, RN (who also had their cultural immersion in Sari Mulia University in 2018) assisted the Indonesian students in their campus and city tour and participated in the team building and cultural night activities. They also presented themselves to Sr. Merceditas Ang, SPC (University President) during their courtesy call.
