Mr. Rufo B. Tuddao, faculty of the School Business, Accountancy and Hospitality Management (SBAHM) presented his research paper in the Asia International Conference on Multidisciplinary Reseach (AIMR) 2019. Held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on May 10-11, 2019, the conference was guided by the theme: “Embracing the Future with Sustainability.”
Mr. Tuddao’s study on “Paulinian Employees’ Perspective on Human Resource Outsourcing,” was accepted for oral presentation after it has been peer reviewed by the scientific committee of AIMR.
Organized by The International Research and Development Institution (TIRDI), this year’s conference was participated in by academic practitioners and researchers from Malaysia, India, United Kingdom, Philippines and Sri Lanka. The conference concluded with networking and special discovery study tour.
