On April 22, 2019, in celebration of the Earth Day 2019, St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP), participated in as one of the event sponsors. The program was held at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) with the theme: Philippine Sustainability Challenge.
Sr. Merceditas Ang, SPC (University President) served as one of the Panel Speakers on the topic: Policy Implementation Concerns on the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Environment, Enterprises and Education. SPUP’s programs and projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) were showcased through a video presentation. Sr. Merceditas also presented the collaborative engagement between SPUP and the World Council for Curriculum and Instruction (WCCI) on Global Citizenship Education.
The Earth Day Celebration was very informative, productive and meaningful event participated in by individuals and organizations in the academe, industry, NGOs and civil society.
