Entry Requirements

Incoming First Year Students (for Filipino students)

• Two copies of (1 original; and 1 Certified true copy of TOR of BS Degree in Sciences or Arts)
• Diploma/Certificate of Graduation of Bachelor’s Degree
• Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
• Original copy of NMAT results (40% and above) (original and electronic copy)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character from two College Professors and previous school
• NBI Clearance
• Medical Examination including laboratory results:
  • CBC
  • Urinalysis
  • Fecalysis
  • Anti-HBs
  • HBsAG
  • Chest X-ray
• Medical/Dental Clearance from the University Clinic
• Professional Regulation Certificate if any… (for Board Courses)
• 1 long folder white / long big brown envelope (with name and contact number)

Requirements for Foreign Students seeking Admission in the School of Medicine

1. Certificate of Eligibility for Admission into the Medical Course (to be obtained from CHED Central Office – Manila)
   • Photocopy of Passport Bio-page
   • Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records for Completed Bachelor’s Degree
   • Copy of Undergraduate Diploma or Certificate of Graduation authenticated by the Registrar of the School where graduated
   • Notice of Acceptance from the School
   • National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) Result
2. Documents to be Presented to the Dean of School of Medicine, St. Paul University Philippines
   • CEM (from Letter A)
   • Original Copy of NMAT Result with at least 40 percentile
   • Original Copy of Undergraduate TOR with General Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.50, B or at least 83%.
   • Certificate of Good Moral Character
   • Psychological Exam Result (from the SPUP Guidance Center) with at least AVERAGE result
   • Copy of Passport and Student Visa
3. For Transferees
   • Clearance for Transfer (to be obtained from CHED Central Office – Manila)
     1. Letter of Request / Endorsement Letter
     2. Notice of Acceptance
     3. TOR
     4. Transfer Credentials
     5. Good Moral Character Certificate
     6. Photocopy of Passport / ACR
     7. Letter of Intent from student applicant
   • All documents contained in Letter B
