ONLINE REGISTRATION

1. Fill out the Online Registration Form at https://form.jotform.com/200118422581445
2. Receive registration feedback notification through email.
3. Reply registration feedback notification with proof of payment of tuition fee. View the payment procedures here.
4. Receive an email containing instructions and your JOIN CODE to register in the program.
5. Go to CALCPE’s MyPortal and use the given JOIN CODE to register in the program.

ONSITE REGISTRATION

1. Fill out the Registration Form in the CALCPE Office. Attach a photocopy of one government-issued ID with photo.
2. Pay your tuition fee in the Business Office.
3. Instructions and your JOIN CODE to register in the program will be sent to you through email or text message.
4. Go to CALCPE’s MyPortal and use the given JOIN CODE to register in the program.
