In celebration of the 24th Cityhood Anniversary of Tuguegarao City, SPUP students and organizations received exemplary awards as outstanding leaders, volunteers, and organizations. The awarding ceremonies were held at the People’s Gymnasium, Tuguegarao City on December 18, 2023.
Mr. Yowelle Ched Sedano (BS Public Administration) was recognized as Most Outstanding Youth Leader of Tuguegarao City. Hailed as Outstanding Youth Volunteers were Mr. Vince Jakob Cerezo (President, The Paulinian Student Government) and Mr. Yowelle Ched Sedano (President, Paulinian Volunteers for Community Development). Meanwhile of the seven outstanding youth organizations in the city, The Paulinian Student Government (PSG), SPUP’s highest student governing body, and Paulinian Volunteers for Community Development (PVCD), SPUP’s student-arm for extension services, emerged as 2023 Outstanding Youth Organizations of Tuguegarao City.
Together with SPUP student-leaders, the University was represented by Mr. Rucelj Pugeda, MIT (Head, Student Affairs) in the awarding rites.
