SPUP-Basic Education Unit presented an excerpt of the 2018 annual play, “Paraluman: The Guiding Star”, at SM Center Tuguegarao Downtown on December 14, 2018. The story consists of the epic showdown of different deities, in search of Paraluman— in order to retrieve Inang Bayan. Moreover, the play features the phenomenal cultures of different regions in the Philippines through their respective folk dances.
Other than that, selected students and faculty members showcased their talents by featuring iconic dances from previous decades— starting from the 60s up to the contemporary times.
