June 4, 2025 – College and Medicine faculty members of St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP) participated in a one-day Training Workshop in Navigating Software Apps for a Smart Classroom on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at the Mere Madeleine Hall. Organized by SCUOLA, in collaboration with the SPUP Human Resource Office, the activity aims to enhance digital teaching skills among faculty.
The workshop introduced the Paulinian educators to the SCUOLA interactive playboard and essential software applications that support smart classroom instruction in a BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, and Incomprehensible) world. The participants engaged in interactive sessions that combined theoretical input from the speaker, Ms. Goldameir Enriquez of SCUOLA, with hands-on exploration of the playboard and live teaching demonstrations using the interactive playboard from volunteer teachers among the participants.
SCUOLA facilitators guided the participants through various educational technologies, offering insights on the effective integration of smart tools into daily classroom practices. The training emphasized how technology can support more engaging, accessible, and efficient learning environments.
This initiative forms part of SPUP’s broader efforts to support professional development and promote innovation in teaching through technology.
