The said academic activity was realized through academic engagement, cultural immersion and benchmarking in two Universities and five hospitals in Kochi, Mifune and Tokushima prefectures in Japan.
The international engagement included healthcare facility visits, School of Nursing visits, nursing administrators lectures and discussions, trials and use of the nursing laboratories, and presentations on research topics and objectives along with cultural immersion. The academic exposure also featured a lecture on Christian-based Nursing (CBN) at the Health Sciences Department of Tokushima University. Dr. Tetsuya Tanioka, SPUP International Collaborator (Visiting Professor) together with Dr. Kyoko Osaka served as practicum preceptors, while Dr. Josephine Joy D.
