December 19, 2024 – The launching and turn-over of the TC-TRISSEA marked a significant advancement in local transportation in the City. Held at the SPUP Global Center, Sr. Merceditas Ang, SPC (University President) welcomed the officers of the Federation of Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (TODA), Local Government Officials, Line Agencies Officers, Media Partners and App Developers in the opening program.
