The Executive Committee of the East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars (EAFONS) has chosen Dr. Ma. Elizabeth Baua as a Conference Moderator in the EAFONS Conference 2020 in Chiang Mai, Thailand on January 10-11, 2020, with the theme: “Advancing Nursing Scholars in the Era of Global Transformation and Disruptive Innovation.”
Dr. Baua facilitated the plenary discussion on “Becoming a Scholar: Doctoral Students’ Pathway to Success,” where Nursing Doctoral students from Singapore, South Korea, Hongkong, Thailand and the Philippines shared their scholastic journey as nurses. Moreover, SPUP Alumna, Dr. Sanglar Polnok also presented her study on “Spiritual Caring Behavior Tool Development for Buddhist Thai Nurses” in one of the concurrent sessions.
Dr. Baua is serving in the Executive Committee of EAFONS since 2016.
