Sr. Merceditas Ang, SPC (University President) was a recipient of the 2019 Global Education Leadership Award. The conferment was held at the World Education Congress in Mumbai, India.
She was honored, along with other Role Players in Education from all over the world, for her excellent leadership and outstanding engagement in building unique and in-depth approaches towards understanding important academic issues relevant to today’s educational challenges and opportunities.
Prior to the awarding ceremonies, Sr. Merceditas served as one of the speakers in the panel discussion on “Education for Sustainable Development.” The World Education Congress 2019 was highlighted by the theme: “Evolving Trends in Education”.
