The Community Development Center (CDC) has passed the requirements of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) as a SOCIAL WELFARE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (SWDA). Ms. Ma. Luisa Aquino, Social Welfare Officer – II from DSWD -Standards Bureau (National Office) conducted the accreditation on November 14-15, 2016. The accreditation process included on-site visits and validation on the areas of Administration and Organization, Program Management, Case Management, Helping Strategies, and, Physical Structures. Moreover, Ms. Aquino also held dialogues with the partner-recipients of the CDC programs, particularly the students and parents of the Science Agri-Based Entrepreneurial High School (SABEHS) in San Jose, Baggao and the Pattaradday Women’s Group in Larion Bajo, Tuguegarao City. The result was announced on November 16, 2016; while, the Certificate of Accreditation will be issued by DSWD National Office. The SWDA accreditation merits SPUP-CDC as a RESOURCE AGENCY providing DIRECT SERVICES and COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS. Congratulations to the CDC Team!
