The ETEEAP of SPUP aims to implement the system of equivalency and accreditation as a bridging mechanism for the flexible entry and exchange among the formal, non-formal, and informal systems. Specifically, it aims to assess and accredit prior formal, non-formal and informal learning of individuals leading to their attainment of a baccalaureate degree.
