
SPUP STUDENT ORGANIZATION, YOUTH LEADERS HONORED AT PARANGAL SA KABATAANG TUGUEGARAOEÑO 2025

St. Paul University Philippines’ (SPUP) student organizations and youth leaders were recognized during the Parangal sa Kabataang Tuguegaraoeño 2025, held on December 21, 2025, at Villa Blanca Hotel, Tuguegarao City. The prestigious city-wide awarding ceremony honored young individuals and organizations that demonstrated outstanding leadership, service, and meaningful contributions to their communities. SPUP’s strong presence at the event highlighted the University’s sustained commitment to youth empowerment, civic engagement, and leadership formation.
The Paulinian Volunteers for Community Development (PVCD) – Clubs for UNESCO was conferred the title Outstanding Youth Organization in recognition of its consistent dedication to community service, volunteerism, and youth development grounded in Paulinian core values and UNESCO principles. In addition, several Paulinian student leaders were individually honored for their exemplary leadership and advocacies. Ms. Shemiah Ezra Quitoriano and Ms. Rhyne Mixzanry Magesarey Rodriguez were named Outstanding Youth Leaders, while Ms. Billie Bautista, Ms. Princess Zhaira Mae Taño, Mr. Wilmar Sarmiento and Mr. Erwin Joley Bello were recognized as Finalists for Special Citation, underscoring the depth of leadership excellence within the SPUP student community.
The ceremony also marked the oath-taking of the newly elected officers of the Student Leaders’ League of Tuguegarao City, further emphasizing the active participation of SPUP students in city-wide youth governance and collaborative leadership. These recognitions collectively affirmed SPUP’s mission of forming competent, compassionate, and socially responsible leaders.
