July 21, 2022 – St. Paul University Philippines (in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan), Riga Technical University (in Latvia, Europe) and Globetek Science Foundation (in Makati City, Philippines) primed for a collaborative partnership on educational and information sharing, joint research programs, and academic exchange.
Sister Merceditas Ang, SPC (University President), together with Dr. Agripina Maribbay (Vice President for Academics), led the SPUP contingent, while Dr. Samuel Bernal (Professor and Education Consultant) headed the team from RTU and Globetek Science Foundation who were in USA, Latvia, and Philippines. The discussion revolved along the progress of SPUP’s Digital Innovation Project and the update on the University’s BS in Biomedical Education program which is undergoing curriculum validation by curriculum experts.
The virtual convergence was characterized by a jovial exchange and sharing of ideas and inputs designed to foster ways forward towards a successful collaborative partnership among the three institutions.
