
SPUP, GERMAN DOCTORS e.V. RENEW PARTNERSHIP FOR EXPANDED PHC SERVICES IN APAYAO

November 18, 2025 – St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP) and German Doctors e.V. have formally renewed their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the rollout of Primary Health Care (PHC) Project Phase 2. This new phase follows the successful completion of PHC Project Phase 1 in October 2025 and will expand health initiatives to the municipalities of Kabugao and Calanasan in Apayao Province.
The signing ceremony brought together representatives from both institutions. German Doctors e.V. was represented by Ms. Susanne Hoffman (Team Leader) and Mr. Maximilian Kiefer (Third-Party Funding Officer). SPUPCDCFI was represented by Sr. Merceditas Ang, SPC, (University President). The event was also attended by SPC Sisters, Dr. Noemi Cabaddu, (SPUPCDCFI Executive Director), and Ms. Grace Aliman, (PHC 2 Project Manager).
Through the renewed partnership, SPUP and German Doctors e.V. reaffirm their shared mission of improving access to quality primary health care in underserved communities. The initiative strengthens SPUP’s commitment to sustainability, community empowerment, and inclusive development, ensuring that the people of Apayao continue to receive essential and enhanced health services.
