SPUP Community Development Center (SPUP-CDC) was awarded as 2021 Best Non-Government Organization in the Cagayan Valley Region by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). The recognition was held on February 22, 2022 in celebration of the 71st Anniversary of DSWD. Mrs. Noemi Cabaddu (Director, Community Development Center) received the award on behalf of SPUP during the 2021 Panagyaman Awards Rites at the Crown Pavilion, Tuguegarao City.
The honor given to SPUP-CDC was in recognition of its responsive and impactful social welfare programs and services which greatly contributed to the improved wellbeing of its program beneficiaries. SPUP-CDC is a registered, licensed and level 2 accredited Social Welfare and Development Agency (SWDA) and a member of the Regional Area-based Standards Network (RAB).
