As part of the Paskuhan Celebration, St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP) conducted its Christmas outreach activities on December 18, 2025. The celebration served as a concrete expression of the University’s commitment to faith, service, and community solidarity. Various academic units and student organizations actively participated in the activities, strengthening collaboration across the University. Through these initiatives, SPUP extended compassion, service, and hope to its partner communities, reflecting the true spirit of Christmas and the Paulinian mission.
The Basic Education Unit (BEU), in partnership with the Family Council, spearheaded the annual Christmas Caravan and Medical-Dental Mission held at the Student Center. The activity aimed to address both the spiritual and physical needs of community members. Festive cheer and essential medical and dental services were provided to adopted communities in Magogod, Amulung; Namabbalan, Tuguegarao City; and Roma, Enrile. The School of Medicine and the School of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences (SNAHS) rendered assistance to the endeavor. This initiative highlighted SPUP’s sustained commitment to holistic care, health advocacy, and community service.
Meanwhile, the School of Business, Accountancy, and Hospitality Management (SBAHM) conducted its Christmas caravan in Barangay Malacabibi, Solana, Cagayan, benefiting 100 households from the community. The outreach was part of the school’s annual community service program anchored on social responsibility and compassion. Beneficiaries received Christmas food packs and essential items to support their families. The activity strengthened SBAHM’s engagement with the community and reinforced values of generosity and service among faculty and students.
In a separate activity, the School of Information Technology and Engineering (SITE) visited Namabbalan Integrated School to share the joy of Christmas with young learners. Faculty members and students organized parlor games that encouraged participation, teamwork, and enjoyment among the children. Gifts were distributed, bringing smiles and excitement to the pupils and school community. The visit fostered a spirit of camaraderie and demonstrated SITE’s commitment to outreach and youth engagement.
The School of Arts, Sciences and Teacher Education (SASTE) conducted their Paskuhan outreach in Namabbalan Sur, Tuguegarao City. Faculty members and students conducted interactive learning sessions, storytelling, and creative workshops for children, promoting both education and cultural appreciation. Gift packs and learning materials were distributed to support the children’s academic growth and personal development. Through this initiative, SASTE demonstrated its commitment to nurturing holistic education, fostering creativity, and instilling values of service and compassion within both its students and the community.
In another outreach effort, the Graduate School (GS) extended its Christmas activity to senior citizens in Barangay Maguirig, Solana, Cagayan. The initiative recognized the importance of caring for the elderly, especially during the Christmas season. Senior citizens were given gifts and shared moments of fellowship and appreciation. Through this activity, the Graduate School emphasized respect, compassion, and inclusivity as core expressions of the Paulinian mission.
