St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP) Non-Teaching Personnel, composed of office staff, maintenance personnel, and security marshals, participated in a Lakbay Aral to Pampanga and Ilocos Sur on December 27–28, 2025. The educational trip provided participants with the opportunity to explore the rich cultural heritage, historical landmarks, and local traditions of the two provinces, deepening their appreciation of Filipino history and identity.
The activity was organized through the joint efforts of the Office of the Vice President for Administration and the Human Resource Office. Beyond cultural exposure, the Lakbay Aral was designed to strengthen camaraderie, teamwork, and mutual appreciation among the university’s non-teaching workforce, while also serving as a well-deserved respite from their daily responsibilities.
Upon returning to the university, the participants carried with them renewed inspiration and strengthened bonds. The experience reinforced the values of heritage, collaboration, and service—lessons they now bring back to their respective offices, continuing their vital role in supporting SPUP’s mission and daily operations.
