The ETEEAP of SPUP aims to implement the system of equivalency and accreditation as a bridging mechanism for the flexible entry and exchange among the formal, non-formal, and informal systems. Specifically, it aims to assess and accredit prior formal, non-formal and informal learning of individuals leading to their attainment of a baccalaureate degree.

St. Paul University Philippines is located in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines. Founded in 1907 by the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres, it became the first University in the Cagayan Valley Region in 1982. It offers basic, professional and graduate education.
