PURPOSE: The procedure concerns the activities involved when interested degree-earning foreign students apply for admission at the St. Paul University Philippines.
SCOPE: This starts with the signifying of intention of foreign students and ends with the issuance of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR). This excludes foreigners applying for the the Doctor of Medicine Program and transferees.
