November 2-3, 2022 – SPUP’s Internationalization Director Dr. Jeremy Godofredo Morales joins the Philippine delegation in the 16th Annual Review Meeting of the Asian International Mobility for Students (AIMS) in Seoul, South Korea. The Philippine delegation was led by representatives from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Central Office.
This annual convergence of AIMS member countries, education ministries and universities delves into the strengths and challenges in the implementation of the programme as well as assessing the trends to be able to plan for future developments.
Hosted by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea, Korean Council for University Education and Yonsei University Mirae Campus, this activity which is co-organized by SEAMEO-RIHED, highlighted round-table discussions on best practices in AIMS exchange activities, issues, and challenges as well as inputs for improvements especially on policies confronting virtual, blended and hybrid form of student exchange.
Officials from Yonsei University Mirae Campus shared their activities and accomplishments on international development cooperation and social and voluntary services in relation to University Social Responsibility (USR).
