The Times Higher Education Impact Rankings is an annual ranking among international universities and the only global performance tables that assess world universities implementing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030.

Announced on April 28, 2022, St. Paul University Philippines has been included in the 2022 Impact Rankings of the Times Higher Education for its endeavors and accomplishments for the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Qualifying in three SDGs and 1 mandatory SDG, SPUP was rated among the top 401-600 on SDG 4: Quality Education highlighting a 98.7 points out of 100 on “percentage of first-generation students” and 67 points out of 100 on “lifelong learning measures”. The positioning of SPUP in this SDG is a manifestation of the university’s efforts in providing quality education and lifelong learning. SPUP was also rated high in terms of “education for the SDGs” with 66.7 points out of 100 and “relationships to support the goals” with 61.1 points.

The 2022 THE Impact Ranking is SPUP’s first time participation with the evaluated categories SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 4 (Quality Education) and the mandatory qualifying category SDG 17 (Partnership for the Goals).

SPUP is the 1st and only HEI in Region II in THE Impact Rankings.
