Dr. Jeremy Godofredo Morales, (Director, Internationalization) conducted an orientation to officials, faculty and student representatives of Tokushima University, Japan on international education and cultural integration of SPUP during a sharing session organized by the Japanese university on December 10, 2021.
In his presentation, IZN Director presented the early beginnings of Paulinian education and formation through the foundation of the SPC congregation in Levesville La Chenard, France until they reached Asia (including Japan) and then the Philippines specifically, St. Paul University Philippines. He also disclosed the various international and national awards and recognitions of SPUP by different awarding institutions and organizations emphasizing that these were granted to the university due to the presence of complete and holistic services in SPUP as support to quality education and values formation that the university offers.
Academic program offerings were also presented and discussions for future bilateral exchange activities between the two universities were fostered.
