September 10, 2021 – St. Paul University Philippines joined in the Flexible Learning Course Graduation facilitated by the Southeast Asian Minister of Education, Organization, Innovation and Technology (SEAMEO INNOTECH). Dr. Ramon Bacani (Director, SEAMEO INNOTECH) and Sr. Merceditas Ang, SPC (University President) inspired the more than 300 completers – School Heads and Teachers from the Department of Education (DepED) Region II, through their welcome remarks.
Sr. Merceditas highlighted that as the partner Higher Education Institution (HEI) of SEAMEO INNOTECH in the Cagayan Valley Region, Flexible Learning graduates from Region II can enroll in the SPUP Graduate School and avail of credit transfer. Moreover, Dr. Jesus Pizarro, (Director, Center for Planning, Research, Innovation, and New Technologies) and Dr. Evelyn Pacquing (Program Coordinator, Teacher Education) are members of the pool of Flexible Learning Tutors (FLT) for the delivery of SEAMEO INNOTECH’s programs.
The graduation program also included reflection from the learners, presentation of course completers and the closing message of Dr. Benjamin Paragas (Regional Director, DepEd R02).
