Mrs. Noemi Cabaddu (Director, Community Development Center) was recognized as one of the Outstanding Professional Social Workers of the ASEAN Social Work Consortium-Philippines for 2021-2022. The awarding ceremonies was held virtually through the “Gawad Parangal Sa Natatanging Kontribusyon ng Manggagawang Panlipunan” on June 19, 2021.
The recognition was in celebration of the 3rd Philippine Social Workers’ Day with the theme: “Strengthening Solidarity and Inter Connectedness among Filipino Social Workers.” This event was held partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
Mrs. Cabaddu was awarded in recognition of her contribution to social development, people empowerment, as well as an opportunity to promote solidarity among social work practitioners across various settings.
