November 23, 2019 – Having successfully defended the Government side, SPUP emerged victorious in the 4th FLIP Inter High School Debate Cup Invitationals held at Robinson’s Place Activity Center. SPUP was represented by Basic Education Unit (BEU) students namely: Wilson Mathugh C. Arugay, Aldwin Gedric M. Narag and Marie Sundae Louise L. Aquino.
With the proposition, “This House Supports President Rodrigo Duterte’s Order Suspending Rice Imports under the Rice Tarrification Law,” SPUP’s debating team was pitted against Tuguegarao City Science High School Debating team.
On its fourth run, the activity is spearheaded by Atty. Marjorie Martin-Chan (Councilor, Tuguegarao City). SUN 8:22 PM.
