Chinese students of St. Paul University Philippines celebrated the 2019 Mid-Autumn Festival in Tuguegarao City over a dinner gathering.

Sister Merceditas Ang (SPUP President) together with Sister Ma. Lirio Gavan (Local Superior) and Dr. Jeremy Godofredo Morales (International Relations Director) graced the students’ invitation headed by Dr. Luo Yongming (PhDRL student and In-charge of the SPUP Chinese Students Service Center).

The Mid-Autumn Festival is the second grandest festival among Chinese, after the Chinese New Year. It takes its name from the fact that it is always celebrated in the middle of the autumn season. The day is also known as the Moon Festival, as at this time of the year, the moon is at its roundest and brightest.
