The session geared towards helping the students cope with their individual challenges; nurture and enhance their spiritual connection; and develop camaraderie with other people. Dr. Teresita Lasam, (Head, Guidance Services) highlighted some psychological issues that might affect their psycho-emotional well being and shared some strategies to overcome their concerns for the development of their personality.
