Rationale:

  The onset of global education for the third millennium has posed great challenges and opportunities to education leaders, researchers, policy makers, program implementers, and other education practitioners. The conference aims to provide an opportunity to engage in global forum around the current innovations, best practices, significant achievements, opportunities and challenges relevant to global education for the 3rd millennium.


  Specifically, the conference seeks to:

  • strengthen knowledge sharing on emerging trends and innovative approaches for the 3rd millennium education among global stakeholders;
  • provide avenue for researchers, educators, practitioners and research enthusiasts to present results of their studies;
  • learn, update, interact, network and collaborate with local and international presenters and participants;
  • sustain interest and passion for research and intensify engagement among participants towards knowledge generation.

Registration Fee:

  • Foreign participants: US$ 250
  • Early Bird: US $200 if paid on or before July 30, 2017


  • Local participants (Filipinos): Php5,000
  • Early Bird: Php4,500 if paid on or before July 30, 2017

    (For kits, souvenir program, 3 lunches and reception dinner and 5 snacks, organized tour, honorarium for speakers, certificates of participation)


  • A separate fee of US$50 for those who wish their presented paper to be published. This will entitle them to have a copy of the IRC3 JOURNAL (with ISSN).

  • The author/writer of the paper to be published should signify that such paper has not yet been published in any form of publication.

  • All paper presenters should pay first the registration fee, before their paper will be accepted for presentation.


Call for Paper and Poster Presentations:

 Submission:

  • September 30, 2017 – Deadline for Abstract with Full Paper. After this date, papers received will not be included for publication.

  • October 15, 2017 – Notification of acceptance for oral presenters
  • Presenters of accepted papers will be notified if their papers qualify either for Oral or Poster Presentations.


  • October 30, 2017 – Notification of acceptance for publication in the IRC3 JOURNAL


  Those interested to submit a research paper for either oral or poster presentation with topics focusing on any of the areas of the International Research Conference, please strictly abide with the following Guidelines for Submission of Abstract and Full Paper:

  • Title/ Author/s, Contact Number /Email Address
  • ABSTRACT (150 words, with 3-5 Keywords, single spaced, calibri, font No. 11)
  • FULL PAPER (not more than 5 pages, single- spaced, letter size paper)
  • Soft copy of Abstract and Full Paper in pdf to be submitted online
  • Include the following:
    • Title of Study
    • Name of Institution
    • E-mail address of author/s
    • Name of person to present must be underlined/highlighted
    • Keywords (not more than 5) typed 3 lines below the last line of Abstract
    • Soft copy must be submitted not later than July 30, 2017, and addressed to:
